Just Rosey: Super Simple Sugar Rose

By Lyndsay // Coco Cake Land

Hope you enjoyed this photo tutorial! Full instructions can be found over at my post on Craftsy.

Aren’t those confetti dots the cutest? Such an easy way to add dotty party times to a blank wall. Simply punch out or cut out some circles in whichever colour scheme you’re jamming on and tape up to the wall. Use painter’s tape, so your paint won’t peel off upon removal. I added some letters to the mix, too! Thanks to Jenny via Julep for the confetti wall inspiration!

I LOVE that sage green cake! Would it be possible for you to say what tip you used for the lines on the sides and top? And did you use a different frosting that was a little more sturdy than a basic buttercream?
    Thanks! Jill @ Mama Ging

Hi Jill! Thanks so much! No problem, I used an open star tip, the classic 1M! Yes your buttercream needs to be sturdy to hold up to piping this! ^__^
