COCO CAKE LAND is lite-dabbling back into a few cake orders for special friends/favourite clients! My cake-making style is inspired by vintage buttercream decoration, modern design sensibilities and super cute illustration, specializing in animal cakes in particular! Coco Cake Land cakes are custom baked by the order, and created from my original designs, unless credited otherwise. Please note I’m only able to take on a very limited amount of orders per month – thank you for your understanding! Please inquire one month + prior to your party date. CAKES
All cakes are frosted with either Swiss Meringue buttercream or classic simple buttercream, as requested. Swiss Meringue buttercream contains egg whites, heated with sugar, whipped into a meringue and butter and pure vanilla extract is added and beat until a creamy frosting appears like magic, the flavour is like melted vanilla ice cream. Classic simple buttercream is unsalted butter, icing sugar, pure vanilla extract and tastes like pure nostalgia.
BUTTERCREAM FANCY CAKES
Frosted with either creamy dreamy Swiss Meringue buttercream or classic buttercream and fancifully decorated with piping, berries, luxe sprinkles, ganache drips. Comes with cute matching cake flag and custom message flag. All cakes are triple layer cakes.

ANIMAL FACE CAKES + CHARACTER CAKES
I love buttercream animal cakes! I can also do kawaii-versions of some characters in the round cake shape. Animal cakes are decorated in Swiss Meringue buttercream or classic buttercream with fondant details. Comes with cute matching cake flag and custom message flag. All cakes are triple layer cakes.

Custom cakes outside of the above pricing depends on the design – please inquire. I can add meringues, monogram cookies and more. Gluten free and vegan options available. The yields of my cakes vary, but I am basing it on reasonable “children’s party size slices” from years of experience. If your cake request falls outside of my design style, I am happy to recommend other quality cake vendors in Vancouver. Thank you!
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
All cakes are made to order the day they are picked up. When driving, cakes are safest on a flat surface – drive cautiously! Carry cake box from the bottom – to open box, set box down on table, open top and front of box, and slide the cake out, do not try to lift cake out of box. To store any leftovers, wrap the entire box tightly in plastic wrap or place in a clean plastic bag, tie tightly and store in fridge away from offending smells. Bring cake to room temperature before eating for creamiest texture! I recommend eating it within 2-3 days.
