You found my secret Order page! Hehe. I very rarely make cakes these days, but if you happened upon this page, perhaps I gave you the thumbs-up. My cake-making style is inspired by vintage buttercream decoration, modern design sensibilities and super cute illustration, specializing in animal cakes in particular! Coco Cake Land cakes are custom baked by the order, and created from my original designs, unless credited otherwise. Please note I’m only able to take on a very limited amount of orders per month – thank you for your understanding! Please inquire one month + prior to your party date. All orders are pick up in Vancouver or delivery starting at $25 – thank you! Inquiries may be sent to lyndsaysung (AT) gmail (DOT) com.

CAKES

All cakes are frosted with Swiss Meringue buttercream.

All cakes can be made deliciously VEGAN – you’ll never know they are vegan.

BUTTERCREAM FANCY CAKES

Frosted with Swiss Meringue buttercream and fancifully decorated with piping, edible flowers. Comes with custom message flag. All cakes are triple layer cakes.

ANIMAL FACE CAKES + CHARACTER CAKES

I love buttercream animal cakes! I can also do kawaii-versions of some characters in the round cake shape. Animal cakes are decorated in Swiss Meringue buttercream with fondant details. Comes with cute custom message flag. All cakes are triple layer cakes.

MODERN PARTY DOME CAKE

Modern dome shape, frosted with Swiss Meringue buttercream and filled with jam, cake soaks and decorated with a possible mix of buttercream piping, berries, herbs, candied fruit, edible flowers and your choice of angular candy brittle.

CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, optional jam, vanilla bean Swiss Meringue Buttercream

VANILLA RASPBERRY

Vanilla cake layers, raspberry jam filling, vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream or classic buttercream, fresh raspberries

MATCHA GREEN TEA

Matcha green tea cake layers, matcha syrup soak, raspberry jam, vanilla bean Swiss Meringue buttercream

FUNFETTI

Vanilla funfetti cake layers, raspberry or strawberry jam filling, vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream

LEMON RASPBERRY

Lemon vanilla cake layers, lemon syrup soak, raspberry jam, raspberry Swiss Meringue buttercream

ANGULAR CANDY BRITTLE: salted toffee or black sesame

CUSTOM DESIGN + NOTES

Custom cakes outside of the above pricing depends on the design – please inquire. The yields of my cakes vary, but I am basing it on reasonable “children’s party size slices” from years of experience. If your cake request falls outside of my design style, I am happy to recommend other quality cake vendors in Vancouver. Thank you!

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

All cakes are made to order within 24 hours of pick up. When driving, cakes are safest on a flat surface – drive cautiously! Carry cake box from the bottom – to open box, set box down on table, open top and front of box, and slide the cake out, do not try to lift cake out of box. To store any leftovers, wrap the entire box tightly in plastic wrap or place in a clean plastic bag, tie tightly and store in fridge away from offending smells. Bring cake to cool room temperature before eating for creamiest texture! I recommend eating it within 2-3 days.
