Lyndsay, could you do the same thing by piping icing that dries hard (like royal icing?) onto parchment paper? That has so much potential!

ooh yes i like the idea of royal icing typography! caroline, i’ll give it a try – it might very well work in the letter molds, too, as the silicone molds are quite pliable – that would be worth trying.
